Everytime I see someone miss the nail when hammering, I am reminded of my late dad telling me I hammered like lightning, I never struck twice in the same spot. Great looking walls.
Yeah my aim with a hammer sometimes veers off course, I'm not super great at baseball either! I'm going to use that saying. Thanks for sharing, take care buddy!
Thanks very much! I put up clear plastic sheeting in the next episode, but it's just to get me to spring. My plan is to build a barn-style roof with cedar shingles.
Eu entendo.
Way to go my friend! You just got yourself a new follower! May i ask what part of the country this is? Im in Washington state, the beautiful PNW! (Pacific north west)
Great job I would brace them logs or start over and use the same logs adding braces to it like with the log cabin look or like you build a log fire wind block
This is a very temporary structure at best. You should never attach a building to living trees. The tools, the nails, everything used here was not the equipment or the design for the job.
Though your video is looking good but Why you are cutting standing trees instead of dead trees. It looks not good. Bit disappoint. You must save the trees bro....

Oh wow. Now you're building in the snow?? Beautiful spot though.
great tree, I'm like its🤩
Very good
So cool 🥰
Give him a chance. Please don't use tarp for roof covering.you are doing a beautiful job on the cabin. From Missouri USA

I got pretty lucky, yeah!

With all the nailing to live trees in 10yr you could rebrand this to my tree house in the woods but otherwise great vid

I'm going to add vertical braces at the corners and centers of the walls. Thanks!

Whereabouts are you building this, generally speaking!
In the eastern range of North America.
Il bosco è tuo ? Per poter abbattere le piante ? Lo spero x te....!
Sì, è la mia terra. Non lo farei su suolo pubblico!
Grazie mille per aver guardato!

Dead trees have already started to decompose. You should NEVER build with dead timber!
