@Adarsh it's been 4month here. In my team work culture is pretty good. WLB is good I would say. My team is of 10+ people so on call ka turn bhi 2-3month baad aata hai. In terms of benefits Walmart has pretty good benefits also. The scale and the ecommerce domain is also interesting one.

Idk but I sometimes feel these people have over hyped software engineers. Like it's some IAS IPS. In Amazon Hyderabad alone there are around 2000 employees. Wherever you go you will find one lol
it's hyped because it is one of the best paying corporate jobs and unlike ias and ips it has a better work-life balance and the money they make is white

Sir i completed btech from nit surat in civil engineering in 2021 and till now i am preparing for goverment jobs but nothing happend there now i want to become software engineer at microsoft, amazon etc. I watched many roadmap video for learning things which is necessary but i am all confused how ho get an interview link and what my resume look like please help me for same Thank you
As backup plan … as you are from civil background I would suggest first try for service based company like infosys, Wipro, Accenture, etc. They consider recent 1,2 or 3 year pass outs..so don’t waste time. They just take aptitude test. So if you have contact in those companies ask people to share your resume for off campus if not then just connect as many people in LinkedIn from those companies and ask them to refer for off campus . Once selected..later you can improve skills and there is no limits.
