i started clubbing in 1999 - at the beginning. my first PvD event was in may in berlin at arena - i knew some of his music before - but i nevedr thought that he was so awesome. that was not trance, not techno, it was all of it. and this in perfect mixing, nearly all the time. 2 months later was after the love parade an event in the old tempodrome berlin, PvD and guests. i was home on sunday afternoon from an event in berlin spanday / zitadelle (a wonderful venue!!!) with 20 floors or so - pure bliss. i slept till sunday evening and then drove to berlin from my home village a little outside, with just one friend. it was pure mindblowing, it topped the first event (with PvD) by factor 10 or more. after there was closed, roundabout 9 am monday morning, we drove to tresor and i met a long years friend who came out of the globus and kicked my ice cold coke away, i nearly started crying. it was like 100 degrees or so, in my head - i wanted this coke so much ;-)... but 1 minute later there was a new one - it was a fine guy (which turns out after this when i drove him and a friend to melt / ferropolis (i think in august?)... then i was home, monday evening, and thought first time about having had to work at momday - i just did not thought about... it was one of the best weekends in my life...
