Once you have a mind that is quiet' prepare yourself for enquiry. For this to take place one must be free from fear' which means to observe fear with full attention' and no judgment' just observe' and in that observation there is its own action. Observe without authority or judgment, that we are fear, jealousy, selfishness, anger, desire and so on. If you can observe these without inventing an observer ( a you observing ) there will be no duality between that which is observed and the living thing that is you. to become one with these things will end them for good' and to stay with them' to hold them as one holds something sacred. The word meditation means, to ponder one thing' that thing you are supposed to ponder is you.
it doesn't matter where you are from if this music touches your soul, you are a true empath and you need people like you to feel truly loved, and understood

I don't know Sialguien will see this but I just want to wish you a lot of luck in your tomorrow's exam, in your day, in your week, in your year and in your whole life. I don't know anything but please I know positive and you'll attract everything good. Although you doubt many times you have to keep trying and you will see that you are going to get it, please I beg you not to give up. I may not motivate you much since you can't believe it since I don't know you but really, just imagine you in the future enjoying and forgetting everything bad that has happened to you. Everything goes through something but everything goes over time. Think that when you are an old woman and before dying you will think about everything you have not done for being stressed, fear, scared of what they think, for trying to make them proud of you .... think about you as much as Whether it costs you.
There are many tools that help to connect to the infinite universal vibrations that lead to deeper connectivity and the realization that we, as humans, need to follow the path that is true. This is great. With this, I see the spiritual eye prominently after only maybe 5 minutes into meditation. Intense strobing after maybe 20 minutes. In approx 45 minute meditation 4 distinctly different memories came up for clearing. This is an excellent response for any sound meditation, based on my typical responses. Anybody that meditates regularly for spiritual practice/communion is going to be very pleased with this track.
