I honestly think one of the biggest potential red flags on the KAT/Knicks side of the deal is KAT’s personality vs the NY media and fanbase. He’s extremely emotional and just a “different” kinda dude. I’m interested to see how he’s going to react when he eventually gets pushback and roasted by the new locals. He’s the kind of player that thrives with positive reinforcement and “pats on the back”…and I’m not sure how he’ll take to a fanbase/media that is so quick to tear him down
Another year, another Tim Connelly trade that the world and the fan base both question. So far every time TC has been on the money so until he is proven wrong, I have faith that he is making the right decision.
The most satisfying thing about this entire episode is seeing Ben Beecken slowly nod along as the episode comes to a close as he realizes what an amazing trade the Wolves just happened upon themselves..
Naz goes to starting. Donte takes Conley's spot by next season as a starter. Garza finally gets minutes. Randle gets traded or comes off the bench. Timberwolves got better. Have you forgotten how Towns disappears and complains to refs?
@@serbarriston7177 doesn't need to be. ANT takes the ball up and runs most plays now. Not piont guard Mike Conley. Donte is a better shooter and defender at the position.
NY has dope team now , but bad at center. Isaiah hart not around this season !! C's have Superteam but Go 76ers, Bulls ... Minn in the finals soon.. Randle solid player gonna make lots of 3's in Minn also Donte
People keep forgetting, he mostly relies on his 3 point shooting, he's not strong enough to drive to the paint against other centers, He can't defend without fouling, keeps flailing his arms or hooks it on the defenders arm some reason, and when misses a shot, he cries right away towards the refs instead of going back D..... as a timberwolves fan that's what we always see everytime we watch him, and any "actual" timberwolves fan see this comment, they know it's true....as for the defense that you mentioned, it took literally repetitive scolding from ant to KAT to stop fouling for him to actually do it, but one series doesn't defy KAT being a good defender for Jokic 😂😅
To Timberwolves fans: you got a dog in Randle. Also, do not believe the Randle playoffs narratives. His first playoff appearance, he was literally the scoring option. His play was abysmal bc of how the opposition could key on him. The two other appearances he was injured. So the book on his playoffs play is still wide open.
🎉It's the TWolves intention to trade Randle and that pick for an elite PG as early as possible prior to the trade deadline. 🎉Its interesting that you're not entertaining that likelihood. The primary reason for trading UNTRUSTWORTHY TOWNS is because he's a postseason liability, unplayable in over 40% of his postseason games; and Towns is a low basketball IQ decision-maker liability; and Towns chronic brainless-level fouling; and Towns has made debilitating level enemies with the refs; and Towns body prevents him from playing enough henceforth; and Towns is of a loser character.
