If this drawing is so cool and you are very smart, tell me how to reduce the speed of the leds. I have done the vu meter several times, but this is not a reason, the ignition rate of the leds is not ok, it is twitching. I tried capacitors, but to no avail. I worked from a different drawing, but the same as yours. Any ideas, or does this vu know so much?🥸🥸🥸
