If the judgment were in favor of BJP or its government judiciary is hailed as impartial for its fair judgment.

We haven't forgotten his abuse of power / involvement in the illegal surveillance of a young woman for 'Sahib' while HM for Gujarat. Shameful episode.

Kapil ji is a respected leader but justifying facts based on legal logic is not the only thing. Public sentiments should also be taken into consideration. We respect Hon'ble Supreme Court. Statement by Home Minister is condemn able. Has he forgotten his conduct in Gujarat. Democracy loving people all over the world are laughing at our system. People have elected these leaders to govern for welfare of the society, bring laws to fulfill the aspiration of common man. But they are amending laws so that ED can arrest any person without any evidence, just by allegation by an approver.

When Amit Shah says that many people are of the opinion that release of Kejriwal was abnormal it must be true.
BJP has a support base of 35-40% which is roughly about 33-38 cr electorate. This is mostly urban, educated, employed composition. Even if 10% are frequently politically vocal, they are 3.5 cr strong. That is a significant number as compared to the vocal opposition supporters which would be barely 1cr due to rural, poor, unemployed, kisan, labour type composition. Therefore majority are already with BJP.
For BJP democracy is about numbers and mojority alone matters in all cases to legitimise and validate. That is why target is set at 400+. Constitution can be rewritten so that blemishes of unconstitutionality doesn't arise.

• Our way + our interest= Non-aligned.
• India's problems are India's alone and not world's problem.
• Not a single pie is pending against any state from the centre. If anybody says so then govt is not responsible because it is the FinCom decision.
