Aaahhhh!!!! I forgot to throw in the footage of the organizer with just the tiles on it. When I stuck the tiles on the side and top that was suppose to be one version of how you could do the organizer. The second alternative was with the wood. I forgot to add the footage of how it looked with just the tile so you could see that was one version. If you put the wood over, there is no need to put tile on the sides or top!! It's two different ideas I was trying to showcase, one less expensive then the other but it ended up looking like I was saying put tile and then cover it with wood. Not at all what I was going for! 🥴
I figured that’s what you meant to do you usually always give more than one option 😇 love your diys honestly you should branch out more and try to incorporate other stores while still keeping to your bargaining theme like you can still find some very affordable nice stuff at other places ie; Walmart hobby lobby Michael’s etc... you can even do challenges like going to one of those places and giving yourself a time limit to buy whatever you can in that time not know what your going to make before hand and then making something with it at home or shopping the clearance racks and making something with whatever you find or giving yourself a certain budget for a diy and trying to buy everything you need for that diy within that budget it will totally be so fun to watch 😍
I really like how you give options and prices. If individuals don’t understand that this is tutorial and you are teaching/inspiring how to make something that’s not your problem. You keep doing what you doing young lady and you will go far.
What I happen so see is that she gives the ideas and the basics. She realizes we are going to tweak the project to make it ours and she also ALWAYS points out where she or 1 if us might go wrong. I wish everyone else realized prices and stores vary by area where you live
Omg Bethany. So I used to watch your makeup videos in high school, and then I never saw your videos again. Now that I’m married and have a son, I was watching a video and you came up on the recommended videos. I just realized that you taught me how to do makeup on a high school budget (I would beg my mom to drive me to target to buy all the products hahah), not all these new “makeup gurus” and now you’re teaching me how to save money on my new place. I’m so happy people like you with your creativity exist!!! ❤️❤️❤️
When I started watching UA-cam videos it was the cube organizers. The videos were yours and Jay Muney’s. I’ve made one using the larger crates. I never painted it, but I did try to coordinate the colors. Really like what you’ve been doing with the organizers lately. You’ve taken them to a new level. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 👍🏻 Really great DIYs!
I have watched many of your crafts and enjoy them. They are very usable and love them from farmhouse to glam. I ordered the little plastic chests to make the jewelry boxes for my five granddaughters for Christmas. My oldest is second year at Ole Miss. She's going to have a house with three of her friends. I love this and am going to try it since none have any furniture. Thank you for your great youthful ideas. Congratulations on your little one. You will be an awesome mom.
P.S.---- any naysayers out here are most likely jealous.......u do LOVELY things, and u inspired me, and still do, 2 do my kitchen in Farmhouse and create some wonderful things. U have soooo many good followers, but like they say, there's always one...in ur case a few, that r trying 2 bring u down. U r a perfectionist, a very creative, talented, and lovely young woman. I always know that ur projects will b perfect. Don't let ANYONE bring u down. I look forward 2 ur next project, and all the others 2 come! Thank u for ur time and creativeness.
i love your style of "show" you are not condescending and have a sense of humor... thx for all of your creativity. You are an asset to the community....
Well Bethany, @ this time, you have over 5 million likes!!! Good for you!! I love your new project!! It turned out great and I think it’s the best creation yet!! You are so talented!!! I always enjoy your videos and really enjoyed this one!! TFS.❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼👏🏼👋🏼
Tell em girl! FOR INSPIRATION! Your diys are to inspire, the customization and budgeting is up to viewers. You always mention when you use other items other than Dollar Tree, options and alternatives so thanks for that.
All of your DIY projects are amazing, but I really like this one. Adding the wood around the plastic crates was brilliant. It makes the whole unit look cohesive. You're so creative, Bethany!!❤️🌹
Just what I have been looking for! And although it may look more finished by adding the tiles to the sides and back, I think it looks more farmhouse rustic your way. Love, love, love it! 😊
I love your creativity! You make it look so simple, and although I know that doesn't mean easy it's very encouraging and idea provoking! Thanks for sharing, Happy 21 God bless!
Love this! I just got 9 of these cubes, and I have boxes of this flooring left over from when I bought my house. So now I can line them as well. Love yours, it looks so nice, as always. What a great idea framing it out. Genius!!
This is sooooo clever! Wish I had this when my kids were little, good for putting toys away, or even playing with it, putting things in the compartments! You are really good at explaining your projects, good job, girl!
Bethany, Your cube organizer is outstanding. I am getting ready to move out of my condo of 20 years by the end of September and I have 54 pieces of furniture and where I am going I can only take about 14 pieces with me. I like to sew a lot and have many sewing notions and my new place is going to be newly painted in my favorite shade of green - I picked Soft Sage by PPG Timeless selection. I will not be able to hang tons of items and photos, etc. on the wall as I have done in my condo because I will be renting in a home now but, I am going to be renting the master bedroom which is very large with 3 nice windows. I have had to get rid of lots of furniture already and being on a budget am limited on what I can take for the moving truck too as the cost goes by how much you are taking. I become sentimental about everything. My Dad made me a cool bookcase when I was 10 an it is starting to fall apart and one of the main middle shelves somewhere along the way has been lost. I am not 55 and I just cannot part with it. Your plastic cube organizer has given me an excellent idea - I think I can buy about 5 of them and wire tie them together and put on the bottom shelf and buy a board maybe for the length of them and put loose on top - stain it Golden Oak by Min wax and that will give me more room for fabric and the cubbies can be for my fat quarters or other sewing notions. It is nice to have a husband that will help you with your projects. I had a wood working project once of something I was making for my niece and I either bought too hard of a wood or the wrong nails but, I just could not get the nails in. I asked my BF to help me and you thought it was the end of the world. I ended up drilling 24 little holes and using drywall screws as the hangers and painting them red to match the red felt back ground. A couple of Saturdays ago I went to a yard sale and the woman was selling a 3 tire wire blue cart on wheels I thought could go into the closet and it could hold fabric or jars/cans I keep for my markers, pencils, paint brushes, etc. She wanted too much for it, so I left without it. Later that day I went by the house again on the way to the store and put out by the garbage cans was the cart. I said with an excited voice out loud, "thank you Jesus, you meet all my needs!" I got out and put it into the back of my van to keep it sturdy between the seat and the hatch. I did my errands, came home, carrying it to my condo door all of a sudden one of the shelves broke away from the main frame of the body sides. I sat it down on my floor and I sat in my recliner looking at it and thought - well, maybe I could take off all the baskets somehow and mount them to a piece of wood but, that would look goofy. I noticed the other shelves must have broken at one point because it looked like someone spot welded them to the frame - if that was the case - the woman truly was selling a broken down cart for way too much money. I gently pushed in on one of the baskets and it gave way with a gentle nudge and that fell. The next day on my way home from work I stopped at Home Depot and went to the wire tie aisle just thinking all they would have is white and black ones but, wow - they had a bag of 50 tiny ones like you had but, in all different colors for $2.99 and they had 12 in the exact blue as the cart. I bought it, came home and got out my wire snips sat in my recliner, had the metal sides with the wheels in front of me and I really needed a 3rd hand due to the wheels moving and trying to balance the shelves and use the wire ties. People laugh at me because when I redo things I take photos of before and after and this time instead of having them placed how they were originally, I had the middle one higher up over the bottom one so the bottom one was deeper if that makes sense. I thought while I was putting it together, in my new bathroom I could even use it between the vanity and the wall to put TP in the bottom shelf - with the depth of it I can put 4 rolls, the higher shelves my hair dryer and brushes and rollers, etc. With the metal being coated, it will not rust in the bathroom. So I got it for free but, spend $2.99 plus tax on wire ties and made it more useful I feel like now then it may have originally been. I hadn't planned on writing a noval - sorry. Your home looks so cool in the various areas you make your videos. Do you live in a house or a condo/apartment style? Have you ever made any crafts to use outside? I bet if you have a yard/patio, you have made really cool things out there. I have 4 favorite You Tube crafters I really enjoy and your one of them. I think of all of you often when I see at the DT the items you have used or if I make something different using the same supplies I think, Wow, I wish I could show Bethany, or Chantel, or Kelly, or ?. The one gal never tells her name. All your homes look so cool and I was showing my mom videos the other day and she said my home is great looking too - I just have toooooooooooo much all over the walls like a museum. My new room will be a new blank canvas for me and even though every corner I have tells a story and I feel like I space everything nice - I am moving into a home with real plaster walls and being newly painted I want to learn how to use command hooks/strips and not have so much all over so it is more spacious. My dresser has a large mirror I plan on putting across from the one window so the mirror adds extra light. I have another antique mirror I refinished years ago that was my grandmother's not sure where I will put that. I am going from a huge one bedroom condo of 20 years to just renting a master bedroom with the bathroom in a private home. I will have some use of a storage area in the basement but, most of my furniture I am donating to various groups that help others in need. Have a super Friday and a great weekend. It is 4:30am and 7am will come quick now. I couldn't sleep so got up to watch You Tube videos. Its better than laying there feeling overwhelmed with moving and packing, etc. Thanks for awesome ideas always. Blessings, Rebekah in Alexandria City, VA
I've had the original dollar tree crates for forever, and I couldn't ever decide what I wanted to do with them, but now I know!!! Thanks for creating this video Bethany!
Nice job and either way you do it , it’s still budget friendly. You don’t have to buy everything at once. I probably would get my crates first just so they don’t run out where you are. You can look at thrift stores for wood trays or reclaimed wood, even bamboo trays. There’s so much you can do. Thanks again for a great idea
Hi Bethany so good all what you do. It is very interesting as your ideas are so innovative. Plus instructions are awesome as is very easy to follow.I like how you decorate this cube decor. Thank you so very much.
I was I trying to figure out how you got the wood like that is so smart 😊😊 I am definitely making this along with the coffee rack. I live in a small mobile home ,I’m trying to get organized.
I really like this as an alternative for a small apartment or dorm room. It also gives me ideas on how to alter a few things. Thank you Bethany!! You are great!
Bethany wow girl you are so talented. I would never have thought of this . It looks very nice with all the items in it . Thank you for sharing. So until next time God Bless you and stay COOL.
Tell em Beth.. we’ll go to that store and get it cheaper Kmsl.. thanks again for coming through with your many DIY’s that you do. They’re so cute , cheap, and helpful to us who can’t afford to buy the expensive stuff ♥️👌🏾have a wonderful day my darling
I love your video's. You always have wonderful ideas and think "outside the box." There is something to making it yourself. It's more personalized to your decor.
Such a great idea to use the vinyl tile- I never would’ve thought of that! I love this organizer and will probably make one for myself. Thank you so much!
This came out really well. So glad you shared this with everyone. I love the colors you chose for stain and spray paint. This would be a great organizer for kids toys, or even in your craft room. 😁😎😁
I 💜💜💜 this cube organizer! It's by far my absolute favorite one out of all of the different ones you've made. I'm going to make a large one to hold shoes in my garage. Thank you so much for sharing this idea with us! 😘❤
Love this idea💕 I am gonna make a wall of them to organize a lot of my small craft supplies! Thank you so much 🙏🙏👏👏👏 I always get amazingly great ideas from you.
My husband works in a wood shop. I asked him a while back if it's better to glue first, then stain or the other way around. Turns out that because the stain soaks into the wood it really doesn't matter which order you do it in. It only matters when there's paint involved. Paint sits on top of the wood and can interfere with adhesion.
Hi there! I really am obsessing over this😊I love the way you styled it as well👍I'm wondering if you have done a vid showing how you measure the lengths of wood needed for a project like this?Or if not, can you do one showing how ?I'm not very good a figuring these out. But thank you for the inspiration. I currently have 6 milk crates and need to collect about 3 more for the cube I want to make!
I really love this! I stumbled upon your video of the DIY spice rack you did with the rae Dunn inspired dinner ware and the 'eat' sign you made with the plate. I am so impressed, I thought at first glance before you explained how you made it that it was pallet wood that you used for the backdrop. It looks really great.. who would have thought that it was rulers! I was watching your other videos and I really admired the shelving you made.. the one you did in this video. And I was thinking In my head gosh she probably spent like 50 bucks on that from hobby lobby or something. Super impressed! I'm glad I stumbled upon your channel! When you showed how you made it .. I was like dang that's awesome. I think the color choices you did with the spray paint and wood came out nice.
I sooooo Love all ur videos,DIYs and ur dollar tree tutorials! Looking to see more great videos,Bethany! Love thee rosegold! YOU SHOULD GET SOME STORES SPONSOR YOU,UR AMAZING,CHICA!
Love your projects. I also love that your expect each of us will tweak each project to fit our own decor. And we will also pick up supplies if we find them cheaper at a different location. Why don't people realize stores and prices vary by region? Keep up the good work and I will continue to make mine to fit my decor and they will look AWESOME because you warn me of what mistakes I might make lol
I love all your crafts! You are so talented. I.wanted to ask if I can't use spray paint due to asthma. I can smell fumes. I live in an apartment building so I don't have a yard to spray outside. Can I use acrylic paint to paint the crates? Have you done it? Thanks so much!
Still very good idea and gave ideas for diffrent ways to do this also could add mirrors on back and ceramic tiles some great ideas from this project! You go girl! 😋😋😋😃😃😃 very inspireing
Woot Woot! Cute stuff wth added wood plank. I came to check you out after hearing Kelly from KB Creations mentioning your cube organizer inspiration:*)
I really love this Thanks for sharing your ideas. I get you girl. Totally understand that you are just sharing your creativity and projects and telling us THIS IS WHAT YOU DID. Common sense tells me if I can find materials cheaper some where other than what you mentioned well by all means buy that and maybe I need to make a few changes to your design so it fits my needs and home decor. Please keep sharing love your ideas
It looks great! I liked it with the floor tile but the stained wood is also really nice, and it makes it very sturdy! I am going to make one to organize my (over abundance of) craft supplies. 🤗
I appreciate Bethany making that statement. Too often I scroll through the comments only to find snarky remarks like her example, or another favorite, 'What a waste of time, cheaper to buy ready made' and the like. Why bother making that statement? Thanks Captain Obvious, we are so obtuse we weren't aware of that! Making those types of statements proves they have missed the point of the project!
OMGOOSH! I love love love this it! Its like you read my mind. I have been wanting one of these but it just wasn't in my budget. Now I can make one. YAY! my weekend project now. Too bad I dnt have an ibstagram or facebook to show you a picture of it when I am done :(
I appreciate all of your videos girl. I’m from Chicago too so I appreciate seeing one of my fellow chi sisters doing their thing. Keep up the great job! Xoxoxo.
Omg I needed this!! You inspire but so 100 real that it makes me laugh too!! Like you the diy crafting friend that you create/work, catch up and at the end just feel eat, pray, love (the movie) whole!! I know this is an old post but it's brand new to me and right on time! Thank you!!
Love the comment well go to the store and get it for cheaper. I didn't tell you to do this. You do you boo. Love it. I cant wait for you to start tackling building furniture. I know I couldn't and wouldn't do it. but I have faith in you. Love your diy's and shopping hauls. Congrats on the new house too. I love black and white everything looking forward to that.
Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️ this cube organizer!! You are soooo creative!! I am definitely going to try this soon, thanks Bethany for another awesome tutorial 😊💕
Looove this diy!..we just moved and I need storage in a bathroom lg closet for all my multiple stash of lotions, moisturizers and all my female stuff lol..this may work ! I was going to get a old dresser and put in the closet and store stuff in it that way..thx
Omg, this is awesome. I love it and yes the wood around it really made it stand out more. You never disappoint. Great job on this. You is the bomb girl.
Aaahhhh!!!! I forgot to throw in the footage of the organizer with just the tiles on it. That’s okay I got the idea :)
it's all good. we get it now that you put this, i went back and was like "ohhh, yeahhhh" lol. thanks for filling us in. !!
🤷Uh, yeah those of us who watch you on the regular... We got it🤣🤣😜 We good over here 🤗🤣🤣😍
I was wondering if you had to do the tile if you were doing the wood. Thanks for clarifying!
I really like how you give options and prices. If individuals don’t understand that this is tutorial and you are teaching/inspiring how to make something that’s not your problem. You keep doing what you doing young lady and you will go far.
I feel like the comments are slowly getting to her :/
People these days!
Haters gonna hate. Sad. But true. Ignore them Brittany!!! We love you and your ideas with options.
What I happen so see is that she gives the ideas and the basics. She realizes we are going to tweak the project to make it ours and she also ALWAYS points out where she or 1 if us might go wrong. I wish everyone else realized prices and stores vary by area where you live
anyone know where Bethany is? ive never seen her go this long without a video. did i miss something? starting to get worried. lol #Iamagrandmaafterall

Doesn't look like a dollar tree project....this is really a good-looking piece of furniture. Love the wood around it. Great diy!!!😁
Oh, that creative mind of yours, Bethany! Keep those creative wheels turning!! I absolutely love you, your channel, your brain, etc!!! 💕😉👌
Very nice. I like the wood around it and the tiles in the bottom of each self. Great job. TFS. Have a crafty day.
You got me at "You do you, Boo." 🤣😂🤣 Love you and this project.
I think I may ACTUALLY try this one! I watch every one of your diys but never actually do them, but this one may be different! Love it!!!
Very nice, love to see more things made with materials other than Dollar Tree items. I love it with the holes showing. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
All of your DIY projects are amazing, but I really like this one. Adding the wood around the plastic crates was brilliant. It makes the whole unit look cohesive. You're so creative, Bethany!!❤️🌹
You are so fast
Love you darlin
I’m 71years old
So the faster the better
Thank you for sharing this with me
God bless you sweetie
Oh forgot. Your good
Just what I have been looking for! And although it may look more finished by adding the tiles to the sides and back, I think it looks more farmhouse rustic your way. Love, love, love it! 😊
By far the best cube storage organizer DIY!
You are soooo creative! I like how you added the wood! Adorable! Thank you for sharing!
I like how you framed it out in the wood, made it more sturdy and easier to move around when reorganizing without being worried it may come apart
I love your creativity! You make it look so simple, and although I know that doesn't mean easy it's very encouraging and idea provoking! Thanks for sharing, Happy 21 God bless!
Very clever, as always! The wood surround really elevates the look and makes it look more expensive.
I love that you give so many options ! Your a craft goddess !❤️❤️❤️ love love love this idea !

Wow, very impressive! Thanks for sharing your creative and resourceful talents!
Girl I just love your brains. You have given me so many ideas. Keep them coming 👍🏻
Hi Bethany so good all what you do. It is very interesting as your ideas are so innovative. Plus instructions are awesome as is very easy to follow.I like how you decorate this cube decor. Thank you so very much.
I like when you change it up and use different things. It turned out very well.
I absolutely love it. And I like the the real wood around it. It makes it more substantial. My new project. 😃. Thanks so much, Bethany.
That shade of grey was super nice 👍 I also like the gray wood tiles.
I love this organizer, Bethany! The tweaks you made created more of a furniture look than the organizers you made in the past. 💗
I was I trying to figure out how you got the wood like that is so smart 😊😊
I am definitely making this along with the coffee rack. I live in a small mobile home ,I’m trying to get organized.
You do you Bethany love this your are teaching this old girl a lot of new tricks
Bethany, you are absolutely amazing and I just love this shelf unit. Thanks so much for sharing your DIY's with us. Love the Farmhouse style.
I love that you made the real wood frame around it!
That is awesome. I really love the color and style. I enjoy looking at all the things you make.
This is cool Bethany!! You opened up many ideas for people!! From color...design and the way u can utilize this! TFS!!
I’m so obsessed with your channel! You are a blessing considering we’re buying a house and don’t wanna go broke buying new furniture!!!
“You do you boo” 😂🤣😂 love it! I am enjoying your channel! Thank you for sharing your ideas!
I had NO IDEA Lowe's would cut wood for you!! Thank you for that information and the awesome tutorial!
I 💜💜💜 this cube organizer! It's by far my absolute favorite one out of all of the different ones you've made. I'm going to make a large one to hold shoes in my garage. Thank you so much for sharing this idea with us! 😘❤
“You do you, boo... “ 🤣😂🤣
Have really enjoyed watching all your videos! Thank you for sharing all the fun projects!
I love how you continue to challenge yourself. Keep sharing, you ARE an inspiration.
I just made this yesterday and it turned out so chic and cute! Thank for the inspiration!!
YOU SHOULD GET SOME STORES SPONSOR YOU,UR AMAZING,CHICA!
you are such a joy to watch and learn from. So down to earth and fun! Loved what you did here... I learn so much from you WTG Bethany :-)
I would love to see you making drawers for the cubbies. Then it would look like an apothecary cabinet. Sort of. Love loved this project!!!!
I just discovered your channel today and was binge watching your Christmas videos...I'm hooked!!
Love how this turned out. The wood around makes it complete. Tfs and God Bless ❣😊
Another home run! Great idea and execution!😊

NICE Bethany!!!!!! I like these hacks better than the all dollar tree ones.
It looks great! I liked it with the floor tile but the stained wood is also really nice, and it makes it very sturdy! I am going to make one to organize my (over abundance of) craft supplies. 🤗

Alison Vega, first time watching her, and that clinched it!! Nobody told you!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I spit my water out when she said that 🤣🤣😂😂
I appreciate Bethany making that statement.
Too bad I dnt have an ibstagram or facebook to show you a picture of it when I am done :(
@@dellahicks7231 those people are such doodoo faces! Hehehe....it is not cheaper to buy it made.
Cute idea. Love it for showing off collections.
