That Miami food train station would have worked fine without that curve if you just expanded the train to St. Pete to bring food in both directions then had the grain brought back to st Pete on the food train you made it way more complicated than it needed to be it would have been the same setup as Houston. I feel like you should have made Georgia a mega hub like FedEx in Memphis or delta in Atlanta brought most or all of your goods into the hub then run spokes to other cities that need the cargo with a main line heading to Miami maybe even having a local and express cargo with the express focusing on exports to the islands and the local serving Florida itself. I mean you could still make a cargo hub in the center of the country but choosing Florida for a hub really only benefits the islands and Florida it self Also I love that cuba is realistically cut off from the us 😂 you should have made all passengers go via Turks or the Bahamas to get to the us.
If you know you won't be making enough fuel for the ships, why not consider bringing in another train from a whole new fuel line and another fuel producer?
Switching the signals at the stations from the bypass line to the platforms also help with efficiency too. That's how I set up my stations. That and I think that's how they are actually set up too (bypass has priority). Probably because passing trains are usually already at speed or something, I dunno the exact reason why.
Yeah it's probably that. You wouldn't want your Prestige express heading for a red signal to let the local go ahead to the suburbs... It makes sense. Usually the line is 4 track all the way so the slower trains keep out of the way all the time.
Seniac, What are the specs for the computer you are using ? I get so much lag in this game. I would really appreciate some info, so i can upgraged my machine
Hey mate, respect for a series and everything, enjoying very much, but oh, man! Train depot is one of the cheapest items of the game. The Houston train runs astray? Click: $, sell. It is 125 years old anyway. Build a depot 2 metres from the station, buy a new train. Don't like the depot? Delete it the moment it served its purpose. LIke you did later in Miami.
OMG stop adding more lines when you haven't load balanced the ones you've got! LOL. I am willing to bet those two wheat farms in Miami are not shipping 100% of what they can do the Food Factory.

Another great video Seniac! I might be wrong but it looks like the north part of Houston isn't connected to the south part by road
Why not make a mega wheat farm that connects all unconnected wheat farms to a train that goes to anywhere needed ps could you also add Oklahoma City?
With 6 billion dollars, you could treat the people with a coast to coast highway system connecting some of your major cities...
Wouldn't car owners start to drive between cities instead of using trains? Or does that increase the traffic?

Nice one Seniac but what mods do you have on this world?
You use the paint tools to change the texture of the ground.
"When you have airports but don't use it cause you are a train fan." it's that summarized.

You could have done a under pass or over the head train directly to there
