@@JohnDir-xw3hf People who buy these phones don't want to carry around an entire camera only. A Phone nowadays has much more use cases than just taking pictures. Having a point and shoot camera that has the ability to make pictures that are usable for their use cases is a fair reason to buy "oversized and overpriced phones every year". I personally own a Pixel 8 Pro - for the camera, because it's much cheaper than a camera that is considered professional and I want to own in the future. Just let the people spend their money in ways they think is good.
my vivo x80 is almost 2 years on me now with great pics and memories, now im looking foreward to that x200 pro, you can never go wrong, vivo is the best

Therefore, if I want a cameraphone, instead of a mid-range phone, I better keep my old phone some years more, if it has no issues, and save money to buy a cameraphone later.

@@thetrigonthis is not true, Zeiss is heavily involved in the development of the camera and camera algorithms. The have a while lab in germany where they experiment and develop all for the phones. Also they use the lens coatings like Zeiss T* coating, they use the Zeiss APO Sonar and some other technologies from Zeiss. So they are doing a lot and that's the reason why Vivo has the best cameras on a phone for years. It's nothing like the Leica partnership with Xiaomi where Leica only provides the colour profiles
although there's already some comparison reviews out there, i'm reallyy waiting on yours cause i know i can trust... comparison with the x100 ultra would be awesome since we already know the x100 ultra kills everything else on the market

1:30 except the X200 Pro's main sensor is 22nm process, compared to the X100 Ultra's which was 40nm so it has almost double the photoransistors (in a smaller space) than the old one
Solid first impressions. As a 100 pro user, i like some of the quality of life changes to the phone and hope thet it does go global. I hope you also do something with the 200 pro Mini. Something tells me its probably spec was for the camera to the 100 pro minus the 1 inch sensor and the 200mp telephoto
vivo has had good experience with cameras this X200 Pro is another example in zoom it is the king... but let's see here in a few months how the performance of the cameras will be but yes X200 pro is the king of zoom... if it comes to Portugal I will try one
I'm not saying you're wrong, but at 4:43, Vivo X100 Pro is focused on bright background, Vivo X200 Pro is focused on bike in shadow. In this case, it is logical that the x200 has a brighter image.

Does the x200 Pro have an IR blaster? On their website its mentioned on the spec sheet but from what I've seen so far, it's not positioned on the top of the phone. Is it inside the camera module like Xiaomi did last year?

However, the Vivo video consistently appears choppy in all comparison videos. At least in the video category, the iPhone performs better.
