What config do you need? Headset is literally plug and play, u don't need a sound card for it. I play 50% volume on Windows, max in game and I can hear if enemy flanks.
I love watching you play, but this game is so toxic that I find it impossible to play. I started a month ago and I’m trying to learn how to position myself and get better at aiming. But every time I play ranked I get messages telling me how bad I am. It’s a shame because I really like the game but it’s just not worth playing if people keep being toxic like this

Watching high level gameplay like this won’t help until you are about plat, I say go and watch some videos for beginners and then some tips and tricks. Playing the game is also pretty much the only way you can learn maps and what operators/guns are your favourite.
