Cab ride Class 60 on the Silverdale ( Staffs) branch

This film is a cab ride on a class 60 from Madeley the jcn off the west coast main line south of Crewe to the loading stage at Silverdale coal mine.
In 1992 this was the last remnant Of the old North Staffordshire Rly Stoke on Trent to Market Drayton line. The line was eventually closed from the Stoke end and a new cord put in to join the Down slow line of the west coast main line. The line passed over the west coast line and the M6 motorway
