How do these wallboard cranes like this and hiab 435 aka treezilla compare to knuckle boom ,we only have knuckle boom experience with allmark tree who was second guy to ever do remote control knuckle boom tree removal
The Knuckleboom crane has more articulation w/ the fly-jib which makes it a better fit for the grapplesaw. The wallboard crane still does a good job though when used w/ a grapplesaw. They are also easier to find on the secondary market and don't require extra work to get the hydraulics to the end of the boom as they already have this for the rotator and hydraulic forks.
@@graysquirreltreeservice7299 The wallboard crane has two knuckles, the knuckleboom w/ jib has three knuckles. The addition of a third point of articulation makes quite a difference.
What’s the rough cost to have one mounted on my truck. Given the truck is the right specs, etc etc. what’s a price on the 390se vs the 600se

The wallboard truck is also a much longer truck compared to a knuckleboom truck.
