Thank you for your comment. The machine is working great. No regrets so far. Using it almost everyday and no cons. One thing I noticed that, it uses small capsule so good for small serving. I will try to make the follow up video. Thank you for the suggestion 😊

That’s for the video it looked really cool!! I just have a dumb question. After you put the milk and it’s done and all, do I remove the rest and wash it with water or is it ok to keep it for later use?

Hi so I try to heat the milk for a few seconds but then it stops and it starts blinking, what does this mean?
Hi, not sure why, I saw on a web possible it is overheating. Here is some possibility. " If it is not fully cooled down, the frother will overheat, indicated by the blinking red light, and will not run for the correct length of time." I would suggest to contact the Nespresso customer support.
Is the milk hot? Or more lukewarm? And how about the coffee is it hot? I had the latissima pro very disappointed, my lattes were lukewarm

Below is from the manual:
Aeroccino has two options. For a hot preparation, briefly press button to start. Button lights up Red. Take approx. 70-80 sec. For cold milk froth, keep button pressed for approx. 2 seconds. Button lights up Blue. Takes approx.
60 sec.
For the coffee, it will come out hot. I enjoy using my Citiz&Milk.

it also helps it your mug is warm if it's cold you lose a lot of heat through the mug
It says on the nespresso citiz & milk website that non dairy alternatives like almond ,& soy can be frothed but the results can be thin? Also that a good quality Soy will get better results, Can anyone recommend a suitable Soy milk for frothing ? Any other soy tips would be welcomed.

Does your machine make hissing sound when it’s on at all? I just got mine and it’s so loud. Looked up online and everyone that had this issue had the same chrome color.
Do you mean when it is not in use but just turned on? I can notice a small hissing sound but not to the level it bothers me.
@@AnnsHomeCuisine yes, the one I got is quite loud. My friend has the white one and it’s quiet you won’t even notice that it’s on unless you look at the button lights. I took a video below.

Sorry for the late response. Thank yo for sharing the link. Mine does not hiss like that. Like I mentioned, there small hissing sound but not as loud like that. Hope you can get to exchange it or return it.

will the coffee taste better with this rather than the cheaper Genio models? Or am I just paying for the sleeker design and milk frother?
I have not tried the Genio so not sure if it is the same. I think Nespresso one tasted good to me. If it is a different brand than Nespresso, the taste may be different. I think at the end of the day, it will be personal preferences. 🥰

I’m so upset my citiz machine died and it’s only been 2 years and 10 month. ! Was hoping it would last a bit longer . How long have you had yours ?
That's a bummer! Mine is about 1+ year. Hope it lasts longer.
I guess 3 years is about the lifespan , as on the nespresso citiz & milk order page it offers an optional 3 year guarantee. .on the bright side you can get a nice new machine..:-)
does the button on the right do the same thing?
Left button facing the machine is for an espresso the right button is for a lungo.

I just bought a citiz. when i put in a capsule on top, it seems to be sitting at a slight angle, not 90°. it still works though but i seem to be doing it wrong.

I'm new to coffee. I don't drink it and my husband likes it. I want to buy him a coffee machine but can someone please help me - the coffee pods, do they contain milk or do I need to add milk to it when it's made? Not into milk froth so this may not be useful but he takes milk in his coffee. Thank you for your help x

It does, you need to short press espresso button :)

Yes, it will heat up the milk.
Chrome color is cheap looking, get the white or black. I have the chrome speaking from experience
I like the chrome. It's pretty and goes with any kitchen decor.
How to turn off the citiz?
Press and hold the two buttons on both sides. You might want to check their website for more details.
Hello ,so I wanted to buy this machine and I wanted to know if It can use any pods in the machine like starbucks
I haven't tried other pods but I do see Starbucks pods for Nespresso. You might want to check with Nespresso or Starbucks if it is compatible with Citiz and Milk machine.
As long as they say for Nespresso machines and does NOT say for Vertuo. I found some Starbucks pods for Nespresso at Honegoods and they were like 6 bucks for a pack and work great.

These machines turn out lukewarm coffee. I like my coffee hot.
You need to warm your machine up first, which usually helps with the temp.

For the price it should make all the job only pressing one button. Not doing it yourself!
Surely you can't be that lazy! There's another model of the Nespresso that does it all in one button.
