- With 15" tires rotating and major torque being applied at all times.. Recently installed a new motor and power distribution block, I was eager to get into my back woods area to test the truck in the mud. I reviewed the truck over and over.. and got some great shots out on the trail. Mud, Muck, Rocks, and a few amazing slow motion action shots - and then back to the drawing board, but that is half the fun for me! I enjoy washing the truck off also, as demonstrated in the video near the end. Enjoy.. this truck is one of a kind, but based off of a Primal RC mega truck. Primal RC is the manufacturer, and I do not work for them. I am a Radio Control hobby enthusiast that has built a crazy awesome offroad machine. More to come!
I'm from Brazil, I've been following your videos since 2012, I was 15 years old and now I'm 26, time passes, it seems like it was yesterday that UA-cam recommended your video to me, my aunt lived in Utah and returned to BR in 2014 and brought a Traxxas teton, I tried to imitate your videos by taking it in the water, it broke once and a mechanical engineer fixed it, the second time I sold it because there was no one to fix it nor the materials to do it 😂 hugs my friend

@juniorfake8386 same! I remember the old days of RC ADVENTURES! Back when Medic unboxed his first Axial SCX10 II Trail Honcho. The mudding/ trail run series got me hooked! It feels like forever ago now that I’m 27. I’d say that was roughly around the same time like you stated. Time definitely flies by!

Crazy man. I’m now 20 working in the oil field getting my life together. I remember watching your videos when I was maybe about 8 years old or younger. Grew up always wanting the scx10s and rc4wd trail trucks you had and building them and messing them up in the mud😂. Crazy how time flys and I’m glad to see you still at it. Keep it up man do what you love!

I think I’m going to use 2 of those motors for my little fat tire mini bike. Wow
They sell scooter and ebike motors for less money. With controllers and throttle grips etc. Way cheaper than a Max5 or Max4 conversion. And way bigger motors.

I'm curious about why you're getting torque twist when you hit the throttle I know why it happens to real cars because of rotating mass aren't the motors sideways in the chassis. Love your videos keep them coming

I would try some more spring pressure or a higher weight shock oil in the right rear of the truck to see if it doesn't help with the torque steer on launches might make your prawling and launches smoother and straighter

Sry but it looks so bumpy when it rolls! Softer tire would be nice for a "crawler"....... i know that for this size it is impossible to get sticky crawler tires but that would be Bad ass!

Um, im not driving full size 4x4 in creeks and rivers.. and since they belong to me - the waterways and land, I do what I like.

Any rock crawling you do i would think you will need to fashion some type of skid plates for the diffs. They may get damaged on the rocks and be a b*itch to take apart.(just saying)
No offense but you've said in all your vids that the winch was 20lbs and you've been WAAAY off. How the hell did you think it was nearly double the weight??
Well it wasnt way off, because I had dehoused it, had a separate battery, remote box, hook and cable guard. Also, I'm a human, not a scale.. and said the truck was 100lbs. It was more, without the winch added.

Jesus man, that ain't a truck, its a full size 4 wheeler. You need to just put a seat on it and ride it around. Lol 😅
The power is simply too much for the car. It needs at least 2 no. smaller engine, with significantly less speed and a slipper clutch to go with it. At least a slipper clutch so that the gearbox doesn't go hopping. The torque of 20 Kw or 25 hp brushless power is simply too much for this car. Max 400 Kv and slipper clutch, otherwise this will never end..
50 kg is simply too much for this construction. I have a fully aluminum tuned Losi Five, with narrow tires from Ramminator on it, and can drive with it until the doctor comes, but nothing goes down, as good as nothing.. At the same time, it is much more suitable for off-road use than that.. visually really great, and the makes UA-cam clicks like nothing 😅😅👍 but function, which breaks immediately sobakd you really accelerate. Just acceptable.. So for the money, sorry just Gaga. Greetings from Germoney

This is after much abuse, and a stock drive cup snapping, after modifying the tires, and power train is no surprise. Germans know better! Now I get to upgrade the drive cup to stronger steel
