My estimation for last time also went absolutely correct, i am open to y'all suggesting that i might be wrong , because trust me i want to be wrong with this estimate, with y'all i too want ki cutoff bhot kam jae .
Its just that whatever i have told y'all is coming from experience of giving this examination and this year's pattern of inflation.
@@literaturephilia3283 no completely wrong December estimation, u had predicted below 60% but it went to 60.66%
@@muslimah806 no prediction can be 100% correct
@@muslimah806 Its fine if you don't agree with me , I hope you get good numbers this time
@@literaturephilia3283 you said na completely correct , eslye bola😊
@@muslimah806 estimate means a guess , and guess is supposed to be around the reality not actually the reality. Try to understand my point, you will be getting your result in percentile , how would you know what your score was??? Because the easy shift students will be scoring exactly your marks or most probably better than all of us and UGC only selects 6% for NET . I hope you see through my vision that already keeping ourselves grounded with the marks is a smart move
You said "bahot saari cheezen add hui hai toh cutoff upar jaegi" without any justification of where you found this information.
Well why do I need to justify things which are visible?? There was an add-on shift, this was a RE exam , not the cutoff will be divided for three categories - PhD, NET and JRF .
I think mene ye video me bhi mention Kiya hai and yes because of all this cutoff upor jaegi
@@literaturephilia3283 How will the cutoff increase because there were more shifts?
And just because there are three categories doesn't mean the percentage of net and jrf students will decrease.
@@harshityadavCamper oh god The marks obtained between the highest and lowest scores are converted to appropriate Percentiles. And given that the third shift was the easiest the students will be scoring more than the rest of us
@@literaturephilia3283 I will not be replying anything more since you are clearly annoyed by it, sorry and have a nice day
@@literaturephilia3283I mean, you misinterpreted the concept of normalisation but whatever floats your boat,I guess
Wouldn't one 'toughest shift' and one 'easiest shift' average out the cutoff to the one around what we had last year? I think it won't go up and also like popular beliefs it won't go down. It will remain at around 182-184 like last time.
Also at around 06:00 you said that because there are three categories now, the cutoff will go up but NTA has mentioned in their Information Bulletin of this year's exam that "The number of candidates who will be qualified for 'admission to PhD only' will be decided by results commitee" from this I think it is safe to assume that the 6% quota won't include PhD students. [I don't see any logic behind it too]
Also, Normalisation will be applied to all the shifts conducted for a specific subject, they won't just leave the third shift.
Finally, I see that you are replying (sometimes rudely) on each and every comment even if they are pointless, please understand that people are going to comment, you don't have to reply to it, just ignore.
All The Best!
Oh no I am not replying rudely , please don't get me wrong people, I was a lil offended by the vineet Pandey comment , other than that I am too a JRF candidate, if the cutoff really goes low it's gonna benefit me as well. My point was I am not against you all rather we are on the same team .
And about that PhD admission I actually saw many videos of educators that 1% will be selected so on and so forth, well I cannot comment on that because nothing of that sort has been mentioned yet officially .
Thanks
We should consider the number of appeared candidates for calculating cutoff as it is 6% of appeared candidates. In December 2023 the number of candidates appeared were 4 lakh 62 thousand and now it is 9 lakh 8 thousand. So i think this should be considered for calculating cutoff.
104 questions( without including the challenged questions) in morning shift. Is it enough to qualify JRF ?
I am pretty sure yes , because scoring 200+ is a safe score
@@literaturephilia3283 Thankyou ✨🦋
Did you qualify?
Yes again for assistant professor
@@literaturephilia3283 great!!!! Congratulations 🥂
LU ke PhD forms nov and dec me aayenge...not January
Okay I hope December Tak complete ho jae course work
Wrong estimation
Exactly
Although i am from shift second, unreserved category
And i scored 186 according to provisional answer key.
But 190+ fir net even for shift 1 is mere bluff. Itna net ka cut off nai hoga
Well no you could be wrong ,the cutoff will see potential inflation .
I am also a NET qualified person, I know last time kya cutoff gyi thi islie I am telling y'all a little increased number so that you might not be disappointed
@@literaturephilia3283 if it goes high , it will be injustice towards students, because this was re exam and tough one , soo let's see
I am praying ki high na jae I am in the same hustle with y'all
Ma'am i have got 107 questions correct but i was in the 3rd shift which is being considered the easiest shift out of 3. Am i in safe zone for jrf or things can still go south for me?
First of all congratulations on performing so well in the exam , and don't worry things won't go south for you , everybody scoring above 200 is gonna get NET/JRF
@@literaturephilia3283 thank you ma'am, i wish you are right 😁
Which category are you from?
@@Changingtheworld766 UR
@@RishabhSingh-my8cp ok 👍
mam kya sirf net qualified me top universities me admission lene ka chance h?
I have never lied in any of my videos , no absolutely no, even if you are JRF there are slight chances of getting into top universities of India for PhD,since adhi se jyada seats are secured for connected people .
@@literaturephilia3283 thanks mam, appreciate your honesty
is this cutoff for shift 1 or shift 2 ?
I am talking about shift one
Shift 3 was so easy
How many questions you correct mam ?
Well I am hoping for the best
Aap vineet Pandey ki student hain na
Kon vineet Pandey???
If you are trying to be sarcastic here let me tell you I am not a student of vineet Pandey , and even if that man gets all the hatred he has achieved something in his life.
@@literaturephilia3283 I am not being sarcastic...I am genuinely asking
Why are mentioning about his success over here...I didn't talk about him,it's you who unnecessarily misinterpreted things... you really need to work on your comprehension dear senior.
@@shivangiverma31 because I have seen people trolling him for giving mere opinions, I mean you tell me what was the reason you mentioned his name ?? I hope you will be able to help me with the comprehension
We'll see after the result. No matter what paper level determines the cutoff.
I am not denying this at all , if nothing goes south and the cutoff remains the same as last year then 180+ marks is good for UR category.
