Kudos to you, really well done video! Even though you are a realtor, you candidly and sincerely shared more relevant info staying true to the title than any other I have seen so far. There are far too many realtors pumping video after video with same limited, vague info where they seem to focus about homes for sale and their business than actually giving what people would typically be looking for.
@trishadirksinPortland Wikipedia does list it as a suburb, and for anyone who crosses the Interstate or Glen Jackson bridges during rush hour, there is no question about which side of the Columbia that "The City" and "Downtown" is.
I seriously doubt that if they can't afford a $375k house their next move is the streets. Those on the streets are seriously mentally ill and/or drug addicted.
Gresham? Huh 🤔 naw I disagree with that one.. great video but naw. I rather say Tigard or Wilsonville, or Tualatin. Or Troutdale is closer to Multnomah Falls.. nd to be technically Gresham isn’t a suburb if you wanted to get technically
Thanks for watching’ Don’t forget to like and subscribe! 🧡

I appreciate that! i want my channel to have a little of everything for everybody!
Camas Washington is also very nice. On the River, isolated away from Portland, houses rangin from 200k-10M
I agree - there are tons of places you can live with great houses
Sherwood or Camby
Both are equally nice locations to live
Sherwood ✊
Awesome video, thank you for this 🙏
My pleasure!
I ever move back to Portland, the Coov is my favorite burb!
Not really a burb of Portland but I understand
@larryjex6485.it's not what it use to be,yet decent.

Thus is exactly the video I was looking for! My fiance and I are going to move to Portland in January and are looking for a great suburb.
Glad it was helpful!
Did you move to the area?
I ALWAYS wanted to visit oregon........must be just GREAT.......
I love my city although not prefect, its a great place overall
lol Gresham? Okay.
Timestamps would be great to have.
Many people born and raised in Portland cannot afford a $375,000 house. The end up living on the streets.
I agree some people can't afford the prices as the continue to increase. Hopefully we will see some type of correction with interest rates on the rise

Thanks!
Gresham is a great place to live!
The music is so distracting. I can’t get into this video
Sorry to hear that, feel free to ask me any information you want to know

All great areas but not as affordable as the ones mentioned
