I'm starting a low buy next year and I'm really looking forward to not feeling compelled to buy all the new makeup. It can be exhausting and expensive trying to keep up with all the newness. I just realized I have a addiction to buying and not the makeup itself. Like a rush of happiness and I need to break that habit and focus on enjoying all the nice things I have. My makeup collection is out of control so hopefully I can get a grip on my makeup consumption.
You're making great progress! It's good that you're at 30/100! 🥳 I've made it to 35/50 empties in 2024. Getting there slowly! :) I can't believe I started mine in March 2022! It's taken me so much longer than I thought it would. 😮💨 I'll be surprised if I make it to 40 empties by the end of 2025 with how I plan to run my projects this year. The plan is to rotate and use everything in my hoard this year, so if I manage to hit pan in anything it'll be an anomaly. The plan is to downsize the hoard via usage to determine whether I want to keep or declutter things because there's a lot I haven't used.
Wow, you have finished so much since the beginning of this project. You should take a picture of your gloss next to a ruler so you can visually see your progress without putting marks on your packaging. Hope you are feeling better soon!
I am excited for you the progress is happening! I was able to finish 1 more eyeshadow, my blue liner and my lip liner are gone plus I got two scents out as well so I did hit my 5 out for December. I also was able to touch all my singles 5x this year so another big win. I think my low buy with some no buy categories will continue into the new year.
I think you should declutter few of your blushes as they may get old and not usable after few years. Also on highlighter you can go ahead and create diy liquid highlighter out of powder highlighters or pigments because you don't have any cream based highlighters now. It will help to clear our the highlighters out of your collection

Congrats with all your progress and I deff think that eyeshadows count as an item!
Im close on finish a few things at least i got a blush and foundation, lipstick out of my collection
You could possibly track that lip gloss the same way you do lipsticks. Aka marking the line on paper.
