Spineshank is definitely a classic, I might also recommend to you a band called Front Line Assembly, another one called Silent Drive, and yet another one called Mindset. If you like nu-metal, I can also strongly recommend Splitknot and Korn.

I also remember seeing the night sky and it looked like fire so, I started to smile a bit because that one line from City came in my head, “Let’s watch this city burn the world.”
Omfg just got a vision for a music video for this song while listening to it. It takes place in medieval times when they burned witches and wizards for witchcraft. The singer of the song is tied to the pole in the middle of the fire and watches as everything around him/her burns. "Let it all burn, I will burn first" As noone around that time really was witches nor wizards he/she ofcourse have lied just to get free of the torture the people inflicted upon them. "God I've lied, am I lost in your eyes?" the singer feels that he have let God down because he gave into his own misery/pain. "All the pain ain't the same when it's your turn to burn" is when singer imagines all the people that have tortured and humiliated him is send down to burn in hell for their crimes. Etc. Can anyone follow me ?

makis20101 Yeah it is, there's an interview somewhere on the Internet where J3T says that "Paradise Lost" is one of his favorite books, and it inspired him to write this song. I'm not going to try and find it again. It took me something like 2-3 hours to find it before.
