There is a holistic practicing Dr in England whom I have watched some of his videos. You can take bunches of vitamin D. A lack of sunshine and and you need a lot of it. It cannot hurt you. What your body doesnt use, it will get rid of. You can give it a try. It has helped my husband a great deal. He also suffers with bipolar. I love your channel. I look forward to your videos every day. I have been so inspired by your channel and at 69 years old with health issues too, this is an inspiration for me. Keep going. You are doing an awesome job.
big thanks, and I’ll try to get some sun i was diagnosed with bipolar at 17 I’m now (???) too old, i told my sister i know when I’m going to die but I’m not going to tell you when cos i don’t want to spoil the surprise? Dinky doo?

Definitely scary at first for me but it's just normality now.
Is better now for me I can go for a drive in my car .
I've been watching a lot of you tube and watching how folk have made there vehicles like micro campers
So I took first step got a tow bar fitted And a wee trailer now saving up my pennies to attempt to do it with my Dacia Duster as I fancy giving the Stealth camping thing a try .
I can pack my wee trailer and go hopefully.
Just need to try and see if I'm brave enough 🥴
But life must go on for us all
Fingers X we don't get put into lock down .
Have you never thought of teaching folk how to live off grid and folk could help you with jobs for free if you have the space folk could camp a kinda working holiday .
You could be surprised how many people would be interested ?

Alreet Ian, there is an app called what3words, have a look at it, if you took bad, somewhere, you, d have an exact position, have a look, you, ll see what i mean
