Yes but nearly everything else are RnD by Proton for a better parts. Basically the base car and few things from Geely Emgrand, but others like engine, gearbox and more are being equipped with different, way better parts by Proton. Even the handling are tuned up to Proton's standard which handling is one of the main attraction with Proton cars. They have an excellent motorsport background for their class and also have Lotus DNA in handling tuning

all vehicles are tested for city drive, not highway............ airbag in front & rear bumper & all fenders for highway smash might react like a bumping car ;) instead of getiing crush like a tomato.
