Sir , Is there any provision in software to view particular point group on the screen? Like layer on /off toggle button in Auto Cad. ( With out using No Display style with None option.)
Hi, How I can add few existing points in the drawing to a surface. is there a way to select points and click something to add them to a specific surface. Thanks in advance
Hi Mohamed. You can add anything under the Definition group at anytime when you are creating the surface. Right click the category, in this case points, and there is an 'Add' option there. From there follow the prompts and they will get added to the surface. I would suggest giving it a unique name so you can find them later if you need to adjust anything.
The surface styles are part of the template (.dwt file) I used to start the drawing with. In this case it is the NCS template that came with the install of Civil 3D. I will post a video about making some surface styles if it would be helpful.
where can I get the data you are using for practice purposes?
