I think they removed the character for the glitch for half time. More likely removed for new layout of stuff for optimization setup ahead of time.

On the second half you can do it with a different npc, it's just way harder to get

i know there's a way to get to sea urchun stage and it involves going all the way around the venue, behind giant clam, then go onto the stage from the side
