I love that you use many horses in videos like this, so it really shows many reactions and results

I love how gentle you are. Many people will hit the horse to get the results and it’s disgusting.

random question: What are your opinions on positive reinforcement?
amazing video by the way! the way you explain things makes a lot of sense, and I love the way you work with horses. you are my role model! keep it up👍🏻

      1BayHorse Thank you!
I don’t use it with every horse. It’s not my initial “go to”... I really only use it with special case horses. When used correctly and if it benefits the horse, then I think it’s great! Whatever makes the learning process easier for the horse, but I find most are fine with other methods 👍

I have a 17 yr. old Haflinger gelding who will barge forward. He takes a ton of patience.

I love your content. I tried the link you shared for UCMC and reach advertisements for various things only arriving at the UCMC site on the third try, only to be asked for my e-mail, before I could receive any information about ACMC. As I was already hesitant after two misdirects I declined to share my e-mail. Please continue the great content.

Just found your videos and I really like them. My mare is blind in one eye. She sidepasses from the saddle and will sidepass away from me. But I can't get her to sidepass towards me. We can't get past the whip tap. Any suggestions or tips?

Kid, I'm not sure who your mentors are, but YOU my little friend are pretty handy...

Thank you! No mentor in particular :) For the majority, I'm self-taught... but I take every opportunity I can to learn from every trainer!

You may now see this but I have a horse that is not able to be rode right now. He is good to do the groundwork with the liberty but he likes to reach over and nibble me when walking, tries to grab my whip (playing) and won’t focused and sometimes will move his head to move me over. Is there any way I can help him to want to do things instead of playing
