Old provision ബാലൻസ് ഷീറ്റിൽ kanikende

Trial balancil തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന items, final a/c prepare ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ ഒരു placil മാത്രമേ എഴുത്തുകയുള്ളു. പക്ഷേ adjustments ൽ തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന items 2 places ൽ കൊടുക്കണം
(p/L a/c and balance sheet). ഇവിടെ old providion, എന്നത് trial balance ലെ item ആണ്. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഒരു place ൽ മാത്രമേ കൊടുക്കാവൂ. P/L ന്റെ credit side ൽ അതേ amount കാണിക്കുക. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ p/L ന്റെ debit side ൽ old provision, less ചെയ്തു കാണിക്കുക. Balance sheetil ഇത് എഴുതില്ല.

കാരണം, bad debt irrecoverable ആണ്. Provision for doubtful bad debt കിട്ടാൻ സാധ്യതയുള്ള debt ആണ്

Bad debt 2000 Debtorsil ninn kurakkende.🤔

വേണ്ട, ആൾറെഡി കുറച്ചിട്ടാണ് അത് 32000 ആയത് ട്രയൽ ബാലൻസിൽ. അതായത് അത് കുറക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് 34000 ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു.
