Sir It will be a great help for the poor innocent birds. sir I have also budgie and he is having some problem. he stretching his neck up and down and have become little lazy. he takes his food at own and drinks water also. but his routine activity is changed. he prefer to sit on perch while other play .he show no interest in them.recently he has loose motion and i have given him sus. metrogyl 2 drops in 40 ml of water three times a day and he recovered soon and become normal as earliear. but after 3-4 days he has got this neck stretching problem and became lazy and a thick secretion noticed on his feather or around head as it was thrown as a result of jerk from mouth. he has no fever till date. Unfortunately in my area there is no Avian Expert or vet who can help me in this matter. I search on google but could not find a solution then some youtuber suggested me that give Doxycycline to the bird but no significant improvement. Kindly help me in the name of GOD.Please.....

Actually I was trying to hold him to give neem tea suggested by someone and he died on my hand. I think my female gouldian also suffering from air sac mite as she is breathing from her mouth. I'm staying at a remote please in West Bengal where no vet available who can treatment birds. Please help me otherwise I'll lose my female gouldian soon. Currently I'm giving her a medicine call shefa but haven't seen any improvement. I'm looking forward to your reply. please help me Sir.
