From those clips, it look like rob has gigantic hands, that's probably the only way he can comfortably game on a normal keyboard, and he probably grew up playing on consoles. I feel bad for him being made from of to that level. I have gigantic hands, and I need a 115% scale keyboard to be able to type comfortably, and I tried rob's keyboard layout, it's actually very comfortable on a normal keyboard for me, it's not unlike a controller hold. Not everyone is the same shape.

all this has taught me is that Rob's never taken a typing class in his life: the reason WASD became movement/camera in so many games was because that was less of a movement away from standard home row form then having to go all the way over to the arrow keys. Like that's literally what it was and the rest of the keybinds revolve (typically) around what's convenient to reach from you new hand location typically assuming other hand on the mouse. ffs m8

honestly he was onto something, i paid for a mouse with 12 buttons on it and the only keys my left hand touches are wasd, spacebar and shift. taking your fingers off of your movement keys to hit abilities is less efficient, if your not moving forward and turning primarily with mouse you're doing it wrong. hitting anything with your left fingers means your fingers cant also be holding moving keys at the same time and turning with your mouse is simply more precise. the only real use your left hand really should have are the strafe keys, shift, spacebar and the rare occasion where backpedaling is valid. he's doing the same thing hitting all abilities with his thumb the only difference is that he didn't spend money on a mouse too do it. sometimes they are all wrong and you're right
