Not sure how to explain it properly but all three CDs were released without anyone knowing who was behind, many people thought that The Weeknd was a band or something like that. And the original front of each CD were artistic pictures of prostitutes. Definitely not the same but it gives me the same anti industry and mainstream energy to me at least (that is not the case anymore but Abel used to be very insecure about himself by the time )

Apparently, They were all drunk and Kanye fell out of his chair and they all laughed at him. I really wish I could remember which article but I’m remember it being in a Mad villainy retrospective

His greatness is really quite humbling, I’ve been a fan for more then 20years now (by the time “the mouse and the mask”dropped I had bought everyone of his major releases including special herbs) it wasn’t til into 2010s that I even comprehended what i boar witness to and the level of genius.
