    Mujhe fever aaya, cold, cough bhi huya & meri smell chli gyi thi.. Lekin bhalaa ho uperwale ka & mere lungs ka jo mjhe kbhi oxygen ki kami mehsoos nhi huyi. Kyuki me roz saans rokne wala kumbak pranayam krta hu aur ab me 1 mint 45sec tk saans rok skta hu. It gives me positivity. Aur aaj me fully healthy hu. I love my lungs❤

      Phle pulse oxymeter se oxygen check kre.. Agr 94 se niche level h to jrur corona test kraye bcoz ho skta h apka oxygen level dhire dhire kam ho rha ho aur phir bad me emergency ho jaye

    One query in day how many time breathing exercise is safe . Because after every exercise we feel safucats. As u suggested every 1hour we can do once. So in 24 hrs/a day minimum how many times we can do?

    डॉक्टर साहब अगर मुंह के बजाय केवल नाक से सांस लेकर अंदर ही रोकी जाए फिर कुछ देर बाद एक साथ छोड़ दी जाए तो यह ग़लत होगा या सही तरीका होगा। डॉक्टर साहब मैं इस प्रकार लगभग 30 सेकंड सांस रोक लेता हूं। कृपया करके सुझाव देने की कृपा करें।

      @@shubhamchoudhary1203 when I was a child at about age of 12 and lived in my village.when we used to bath at our tubewell.my friends used to compete each other as who could stay maximum time inside water without breath.i had a best time of 2 min and 10 seconds and my mama had a time of 5 minutes as he was a good kabbadi player.my mama told me about shahenwaj Ahmad Khan a soldier of aajad hind fauz who was sentenced to be hanged .at that time15 minutes were used to be hanged and knowing this shahenwaj started practicing for breath and he was able to stop his breath for 15 min or more.after he was hanged for 15 minutes he was alive.he lived his normal life.so my friend and everything is possible.i hope if I start practicing within 10 to 15 days I will be able to stop my breath for more than 2 minutes certainly.
