    Wow, who would have thought a cold dish could still involve so much preparation and work? I wonder if you can still eat the glaze/empty "tomato" after it's popped.
    Really great production too. The background music added a nice touch.

    Superb culinary theatre - an editable alternative tomato skin that can be popped like a balloon. Great to see these sorts of techniques when it enhances the dish instead of just doing something gimmicky for the sake of it

    Amazing! To all those members of the public who can’t understand why such food is priced as it is in a restaurant, you only need to watch this video to understand the time, work and preparation involved in producing it.

      Spot on. This dish is not an accident. It has taken years of experience to be able to even conceive this idea & if you're an exec chef at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant then trust me you're top drawer & you deserve to be paid for it. Expensive menus are priced at that level for a reason.

    Notice how he doesn't do that dumbass plate trick when cutting the tomatoes. You never get an even cut and the only way to keep them even is to do them individually

    The process is fancy and complicated, but I feel most of customers r not able to appreciate the taste. It's more for social media.
