This is what I call an upgrade.
I'm looking for videos with people testing the piano sound.
My main complain with PSR E models is their old piano sound.
I have a PSR 280 (a 15 year old keyboard) and the piano sound is almost the same. I'm not buying another entry level PSR with the same piano sound as my old PSR 280.

Great to see these voices on the lower end models, but wow.., who decided to put the Articulation button in that spot..?? That button should be on the left side of the keyboard. Kids just learning how to use these voices shouldn’t have to cross their left hand over their right. Yamaha makes other models with articulation buttons to the left.., should have been done here.
I agree. Or maybe a pedal input...
If they put the button on the left side, people will use it a lot more times on this model, and (maybe) they will not think about buying the higher model. That's my guess, I can be wrong about it.
Actually the pedal can be assigned to the SA Lite! voices
It's amazing how a simple feature can make such a big difference.
For $199 it's a great keyboard, but I wish Yamaha would release an enhanced version soon.
Without a pitch bend wheel some of its cool voices go to waste imo, and not even the PSR-EW310 has one.
That being said, i'm happy to see that Yamaha is FINALLY updating their PSR-E series, they deserve more love.
Yeah and finally they are now using the Motif XF piano samples in their beginner keyboards.
I gots to buy this. I have the casio that this is comparing to. It’s super so I know I’ll really have a gig rig with standard keyboards

Just buy 2nd hand psr s910 or s 670.you dont need that S.Articulation button.its behave the way you touch the keys
Just checked the price of a second hand PSR S910 and it's over THREE times the price of the PSR E373 in the UK.
@@butteo how about s670 maybe iits cheaper.but the sound and piano are better
Or a PSR E463/EW410. They have more memory buttons, it helps to change sounds and rhythms on the go.
But no SA Lite! voices and the E463 still has the same old boring sample for the Grand Piano voice.

Why making an „Articulation“ button when it‘s more intuitive to have aftertouch on keyboard?!! - Yes this is cheaper...
The video does nothing to show actually what the OUTPUT might sound like - A total waste of space!
Yeah, but if you connect the PSR E363/E373 to the computer and records with any DAW, the output sound will be almost same as the video.
