JJ (another one who was engaged) repeated ''I love you Spencer, I love you Spencer, I love you Spencer'' and then go back to her husband. What has been implied is that Spencer is useless for real relationships and that he only serves to be worshiped as a 'god on lord's table', like a 'teddy bear' on the shelf, like a 'prince charming in a tower', just for the teenage women fantasies. During 15 years of serie, the character accumulating traumas, confusions and supposed psychological disorders like snowball and this became something 'sexy'. He never did psychotherapy seriously and that was serie irresponsibility and due to lack of criticism from the fans. Spencer became a overestimated 'perfect man' only in the women illusion. What disappointed me most is that the 'fantastic and brilliant' character had a degree in psychology.
