If you can find an eco/minimalist way to do so, it would probably help with magnet loss and recovery if they were painted some obnoxious color so they would stand out in the van.

Happy Birthday Kay! I really enjoy your videos and it’s giving me ideas for my upcoming New Zealand trip. Would you have any recommendation of renting vs buying a van for a two month trip?
Thank you Lois! 😀 It can sometimes be tricky to find/sell a van so for ease I would say rent one but if you were renting for 2 months you may spend double or more the amount than just buying one! If you were just going on a little road trip for a week or two renting is a good option. I think in the end you'd be best adding up how much it would cost to rent the van over the time period you will be using it for and then seeing if it works out cheaper to buy one and then potentionally get some of the money back when you sell it 😊

How can you breathe in the van with all doors and windows closed? I've been in a vehicle for only a couple of hours and had to open the door for some fresh air
It's not very warm here most days so we're glad to have them closed to keep the draft out 😂 If it's warm we have the door open or windows cracked but I feel it's only the same as being in a house without the windows open 😊
