Do you know anything about DMARC records and adding them to Shopify DNS when using G Suite? I have tried to add but I always get errors such as "DMARC record not found". Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!
Would you happen to know why my emails from Shopify are going to customers spam folder? (only customers w/hotmail and outlook). I’ve updated all dns settings. I have g suit connected to my Shopify, it’s weird because when I send an email from Google email directly everything is normal
hi I did all of these steps it all got activated, im able to send emails from my business email but I am not able to receive any, any clue what mistake I made?
I had to add the same thing except it asked me to add the verification link as well.. its not working for me. Idk what I'm doing wrong. I've tried so many times and waited hours. Still nothing.
