As cool as it would be to have 3rd star powers, I think that's the last thing this game needs. The game has enough going on as it is and adding them is sure to be a recipe for disaster. They need to address other problems first, like the hypercharges that most brawlers don't even have yet, or the numerous gadgets and star powers they should've touched on before they even added THOSE.
Theres also prob a gene sp rework coming, if you look closely in the background and on frank (not the brawler but manager) you can see a sp for gene but the logo is different, genes sp has a closed fist and this is an open hand
Fun fact for new hypercharges: if you look closely, you may not know the 4 other brawlers getting one, but you know at least 10 brawlers who won't get hypercharge (I'll go watch)
I watched it all and we can see Bo, Bonnie, Grom, Ash, Piper, Amber, Gale, Nani, Gray, Eve, Gene, Emz, Squeak, Frank, Barley, Billie, Tara, Bea, RT, Byron, Sandy, Brock, Nita, Surge, Janet, Tick and Rico are NOT getting hypercharge this update. So amongst the 4 left hypercharges, remember 1 goes for a new brawler So 3 hypercharges for one of those: El primo, Poco, 8bit, Darryl, Penny, Carl, Gus, Stu, Pam, Griff, Lola, Sam, Mandy, Hank, Mortis, Max, MM, Sprout, Ruff, Otis, Buster, Willow, Doug, Chuck, Meg, Chester, Cordelius, Kit, larry and lawrie (29 brawlers possible, guess 3 random brawlers, you have 1/10 chance you're right

Darryl's one isn't getting an hypercharge, it's Pam's Gear, I believed that he will get it at first but then is saw photos of someone caught the exact when Darryl was rolling, and you could see Pam's gear on top of him!
This may be a remodeling of his early star power. Instead of it inflicting such damage in + when it is in a bush it will increase, that's why there is a viewfinder on the
