I’ve seen so many fans complaining about the way we’re playing, some going as far as saying that Ange ball is a complete myth, but look at how well structured we are offensively this year compared to the setups under Jose, Conte and Nuno. Those 3 never planned an offensive style and the attack was a disorganised mess that was papered over because Kane dragged us through games with his individual quality

This is the future. It can’t come close to Man City or Liverpool but if we can invest on the big bucks for a well built squad and maybe even have some team rotations then and then I can see Spurs challenging for the title.

That high line in no way was in the best interest of the players. It’s ok to play like a normal football team once in a while, perhaps in desperate situations. Nobody is gonna think you’re “not an attacking manager” just because you needed to try to look after your players when they went down to nine men. That high line was just embarrassing for all involved and pointless. They got torn apart and had to run up and down the pitch risking even more injuries and cards. The goals they then conceded were practically inevitable.
