    What can be used instead of honey. I had a bad experience with honey that was heated up.

      Oh dear - yes, honey does get really hot. well, honey has antibacterial or antimicrobial effects so it is the best ingredient to use if you are not allergic to it. But if you want to use something other than honey, I guess you can add sugar and water or rice syrup (jocheong)?
