It is fast, aggressive, angry, dissonant, overwhelming, scary. It gives you a feeling of that I have to face my problems myself, and this time my family and friends will not be on my side. This song represents basically every fucking emotion in a spectrum. It's a masterpiece. Many open minded classical musicians from back in the day would probably love it too. Similiar things apply to another highly underrated genre called Dark Ambient.
