A multiplexed electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of pesticides in cereals

This demo video shows the operation of a multiplexed smartphone-connected electrochemical immunosensor which is used for the detection of pesticides in wheat samples. For the development of the sensor antibodies were used as biorecognition elements, screen printed electrodes as electrochemical transducers and a smartphone for the data readout and analysis. In the second half of the video a step by step demonstration can be seen about the entire process from sample treatment to data analysis.
