Here's a note for the people, the upgrade option for Windows Vista will be completely disabled if you are running a Windows XP 32-bit version instead of the 64-bit version of Windows XP, meaning that there will be only a custom install option that will completely wipe all your files and apps as well as your settings.

There is no direct path for Upgrading Windows XP to Windows 10. But you can do that by doing these First Upgrade to Windows Vista. Next Upgrade to Windows 7 Next Upgrade to Windows 8.1 And then do Upgrade to Windows 10

You used the DELL Oem iso. Use a generic Windows Vista iso that MS provided and not an OEM provided
