8:57 $4520 for a product with a cost basis of $10 and sale target of $30 to $40 $6370 for a product with a cost basis of $15 and sale target of $45 to $60 How much for a product with a cost basis of $1 and sale target of $10? Is it even worth doing under these conditions?
I just want to say thank you so much for the information you put out. I did have a question on where to find the bookkeeping form you showed? It was simple and straightforward
I like your honest approach. One thing I'd personally add is forming an LLC and getting business insurance. That way should your product injure someone they can only sue the business not you personally, otherwise any real assets you own such as your home could wind up with a judgement on them.
Hi bro I really appreciate your videos is very helpful, but I have some questions that I hope to answer me as a beginner 1 I just open my new amazon FBA account and I have only 2500 dollars in the budget so it's possible for me to start right now? 2 you know with coronavirus pandemic can I source products now from china easily or not? 3 you can do more videos about listing your first products step by step? please help I need that, thank you very much for your experience that you share with us in your videos
Great video! If you have your heart set on one product you’re hoping to do well. How important is it to have the amazon product research software starting with your first product?
So, I found a product I wanna sell. It has 300 sales/m, over $40, and low competition on amazon, I only saw 3 people selling the product and I have other aesthetic options than them. I tried to order the product in Ali baba but I have no idea what to do with the shipping. I thought I just order and ship but I’m new to this and they asked me a bunch more questions for shipping. Do you have a video on that?
Good question! Each code can be used for a different product. So although you might not need 10, 10 is the minimum but will allow for another 9 products in the future.
Fantastic , Everything within 12min. great job. Cant wait for your next video. By the way, do you have any mentoring course from choice a product to final selling ? very cheap mentoring one? Thanks

vry cheap mentoring one will be cheap info in it .
Thank you for your useful info. I've found your own YT channel and do you think all current info. in your YT channel covers everything for the AMZ fba process or else still ongoing? Thanks.
Hi Dan, Interesting video. However, you frogot to add the TAX cost that's matter alot and I think one of the important element under costing to be added.
Hey Dan , In your membership do you provide product review analysis to have another set of eyes , as well as any one on one consultation in the membership ?
Hello Mr. Dan .... thanks for you great videos because you explain to us in slow nice way and cover all points. I have one question please. I am from Egypt and non US resident and I will set up ( US Company , for billing method will use my Egyptian bank credit card and For deposit will us business Payoneer account for my US company ). So the Utility bill have to be ( for my home in Egypt or for my US company because I do not have an office in US ) and the banks statement have to be ( For my Egyptian bank or for my company Payoneer account ) thanks in advance.
Hi Dan! I honestly find your videos very useful especially for a newbie like me. Regarding 5:44 about GS1, I have a question. I'm a Canadian who is hoping to sell in Amazon US. Everytime I go to GS1 website, it always sells me GS1 Canada barcodes. Will that be useful for me when I sell in Amazon US? Thanks and more power to your channel!
100% yes and good question, the codes are universal and when listing on Amazon there is a drop down showing all code types, select your one and it works just fine
This might sound like a dumb question but, when i source product, im not physically handling the product right? Im basically finding the product i want to sell then sell on Amazon? And the rest is fulfilled by amazon? Do you have a video on that? Im getting lost in the information. Thanks in advance
I see he hasn't answered so I'll try. 90% of the time you won't ever touch the product. You can have a 3rd party inspect your products to make sure they are in great condition while the product is in China. From there your supplier or you(I recommend the supplier) will ship it to which ever amazon warehouse. Amazon handles everything from there. All the customer service. All the picking and packing. Returns. Blah blah. Your only job is to make sure you're in stock so you don't lose any money. I recommend checking out Amar B, Kevin Pak, Adam Fisher & Crescent Kao. They break it down really simply.
Really Nice , Thanks for the tips! Just a question : do you use H10 ? If you use it how do you do track the product? Thanks and i hope you and your family are good
Hey Yas, I do! I use the product database BLACKBOX to find ideas and then I check those ideas as per this video here: ua-cam.com/video/b4leu02-dtg/v-deo.html Often using the XRAY chrome extension
@@yasab9032 the market tracker is also useful using your top 5 keywords and top five competitor ASINs but I like doing this manually on Amazon first for sure, get a good feel of the market on the Amazon platform and then you could also use this. I just don't like giving too much of the decision to software, it creates uncertainty.
@@RichHandsome hey Rich - struggling with my first product, running at a loss at the moment. I have a question, if I found a product that exist a different presentation and amazon has only another presentation, do I need the gs1 code or can i use the back barcode in the product as well??
Dan , Thanks you so much for the video .as always informative however I am struggling to agree with shipping cost these days . I launched 2 products recently and both my products I paid shipping cost almost same as product cost ..they not very heavy and around 0.6 kgs. . So May be someone one needs to take into account of higher shipping cost in the current scenario
Dan, you are amazing. Your channel has helped me a lot. I have a question, what is the difference between using amazon's UPC or GS1 barcode? is amazon's UPC free or do I have to pay for that? is GS1 necessary for FBA?
Awash Amazon does not provide UPCs, you can go with GTIN exemption (NO UPC) but I recommend you use a UPC as the Product ID. You can buy one from GS1, $30 for one.
Hi Dan, any updates on this info for this part of 2021 onwards, with all the changes to the shipping costs and chinese manufacturers charging more because of all the current issues? Cheers
One question. Why do I need a pro account before making any sales? Can't I just keep it as an individual account and then when the items get to the inventory, switch it to pro?
You could do that, but it creates 'potential' problems when it comes time to switch. You can switch but the ease with which that will happen or how quickly would be my concern. Additionally, because you can often get those fees back later and also get to know a full set of seller central features with the pro account while waiting, I would choose that.
hi there Dan, why do we need a monthly subscription with an Accountancy Service? can't we hire someone when it's time for filing year-end accounts and everything? isn't it cost effective that way, esp. when you are starting out with 2-3 products? thank you!
A K 100% you can do it that way and it will often be around $300 - $500 once a year. You will just need to keep everything in order so you can give it to them.
Very helpfull. did not know we can get our fee back. Hopefully soon I can start to order too. getting more close every day. But still need to save some more money for the investments
