Should be noted that setting Skipdraw range to 1-3 removes the ghosting effect on characters and the environment. Half-Pixel Offset: Special (Texture - aggressive) doesn't seem to do anything and is not needed. At least on the most recent dev build. Also using OpenGL renderer at 4x native resolution. Pretty much looks like the PC version. Edit: Ah, having skip draw set to 1-3 causes the bulletin board not to show up when used. Shoot.

I might actually considering playing the game this way, personally the Scholarship content feels like stupid filler, the story side I mean. That and the new rewards from the classes n such don't really add gameplay mechanics like the base game.
This is PCSX2, he disabled the poorly upscaled depth of field with CRC Hack Level set to Either Partial(OpenGL) or Full(Direct3D/DirectX 11). As at these levels it's automatically disabled

Have you found a solution to fixing the ghosting effect on characters? Only fix I found was playing on the Native PS2 resolution.
This was literally what I did once I was done with bully and was free roaming 😂
