we love you Arnold! I have the same HEPA filter and you're supposed to change the black carbon filter every 3 months and the white filters every year. Bad air quality can cause a heart attack it's no joke!
Hi i just bought this and seem to get inaccurate readings for AQI. Its shows i have a worse AQI inside if its 30AQI outsode mine will read 75 inside very disappointing. Migjt go with the m10 model
Tonight my wife fried hamburgers. The AQI went up to about 160 indoors while it was 42 outdoors. I turned on the air purifier. A couple of hours later it dropped back to 34 indoors. It was too hot outside to open the windows.
@arnoldsolof hey your right!! I just got a air purifier and my numbers went way down. My room was a 160 for some reason. That's why I didn't believe it but now it's a 5 so your right and ty!!!
@@turningpointinspiration One person assumed his unit was inaccurate because he was expecting his indoor air quality to be better than the outdoor air quality (which wasn't the case). Another point is the air quality indoors changes a lot (even by the minute) depending on the outdoor air quality and what you are doing indoors (cooking, fireplace, etc.).

Why do you assume your indoor air quality is better?

@@arnoldsolof I'd run the purifier 24/7 or while the windows are closed. Might be easier during winter where you live.
My unit was highly inaccurate. Temtop does not make reliable products.
I find mine to be highly accurate. I wonder if you got a bad unit. How is your unit behaving that leads you to your conclusion?
