    I have been struggling with disciplining myself to go to the gym for a couple months now. I used to go super often and it was just habit for me. But I've let myself get distracted and have barely gone. What do you recommend to get back on the grind? Any tips for reforming the habit again?

      you just need to push through, and kinda force yourself to go for a few days in a row with similarity in times and stuff, if actually doing stuff is too much then just like walk around and touch the equipment to build back familiarity i guess, once its a consistent thing it will become a habit again. its tricky to get back up after falling off, but its just kinda as thing are. its how all habits are formed, some habits formed by coincidence might actually be hard to form manually

      Great question! I also agree with @teoballo2947. Pick a few days/times where you feel comfortable going to the gym. You can even start with some home workouts or go for walks just to get back into the routine of things. If you have the opportunity, I also recommend finding out what hours/days are less busy so you feel more open to try new things. Also, never be afraid to ask others if you need help with equipment/exercises! Most people love to help out.
      I also suggest sticking to basics. Pick a few exercises that you enjoy and progress each time from there. Just try to make it fun and use that time for yourself. Realize it is okay to make mistakes or struggle with that discipline, but every small step counts.
      What helped me a lot was doing research and watching videos on exercises/equipment. I’ll be making more videos on that in the future, so stay tuned! Thank you
