Throughout the series...Toby has been shown as a lax...low energy middle aged mumbling divorced drone with no spark or even energy...that gets pushed around and misbehaved with by his boss and colleagues...remember Jim when Michael tells him he's sleeping with Pam's mom? Even Jim yells at him...so it is a character there...the pushover doormat that cracks or needs to feel power somewhere in his life... then he easily climbs a 10-12 foot fence in one smooth go? come on...it was night...if he had struggled, tried twice or thrice and then scrambled to eventually climb over then that wouldve looked normal and in character and also the jump....he was confident and knew his way around it...landed confidently...no looking and planning...his hand eye coordination...or limbs even....he suddenly looked like he had done this before...regular people in their 40s...the kind shown on this show...especially toby dont do that...and it was night it was like he was a different animal ...and he just jogged after that lol...that was so freaky...can you imagine a man in a suit jogging at night on the sidewalk?...would you see that as normal behaviour? it was so freaky...
