Yeahhh not really. If the DB is leaked then your hashed emoji password will absolutely be in a cracking db. I do password cracking for work all the time and we cover these cases.

Well if Apple removed all meat emojis Android would have to too. Emojis are managed by the Unicode Foundation and every operating system (well, most, but iOS and Android are in the list) follows Unicode and thus Emoji guidelines. This would mean that Android would also have to remove meat emojis.
