This drama was good due to the interesting script, and good acting by everybody involved. the characters themselves were not so nice people due to most of them being assassins, and or underworld gangsters and villains. the only two characters that were likeable and were not assassins was elena kong the devoted wife who resorted to being a prostitute just to pay for the medicine to try and heal her husband dying of cancer, and samantha ko who plays a crime scene sweeper. elena's character unfortunately was only important for the first half of the drama then she is just not needed in the drama anymore and disappeared. samantha's ko's character is the voice of reason, and she appears whenever a scene requires one of her friends to look for something or get something done; yet her role is so minor and unnecessary, she just was badly underused. Wayne Lai plays an assassin, and apparently the only chracter that is sufficiently complex enough to be interesting the drama had your typical villains and bad people. the two characters that were really really really annoying weren't villains. one was the actress louisa mak who plays the blind girl. she was so annoying, stupid and naive, blindly trusting people will change just because she believes she can convince them; maybe she has stockholm syndrome, or love really is blind. this resulted in her getting ali lee's character getting killed and putting everybody else in danger. then there was the cop with the eyeglasses who just is trying to look for evidence of assassins like a clueless idiot.
