The Louisville plant is basically a tourist attraction & small production facility. The company has been sold a few times...first to the Wilson Sporting Goods Co in 2015; then a Finnish company & finally China.

Joke of a company. They hurt countless loyal employees when COVID hit so the Hillerichs could pocket every penny possible. Company also got PPP money so essentially they got free labor from employees and then when that ran out, they kicked them to the curb (Even with those same employees losing out on thousands of dollars from unemployment). Company cant make a good bat anyway. Turn on any MLB game or go to any little league game for that matter, you will see very few slugger bats being used. Only thing keeping the company around at this point is the museum. John Hilelrich IV destroyed the company and family legacy.
