I doubt that YG can legally prevent Lisa from using her own name for whatever she wants to do. The purpose of registering the names is to prevent unauthorized third parties from using the name without permission to sell the third parties' merchandise. Unless Lisa signed a really bad contract with YG and specifically gave away her rights to use her own name (which I doubt), she can likely use her own name however she wants and YG can't do anything about it. Furthermore, now that the members are independent for everything but Blackpink group activities, YG itself can't properly make use of the members' names for anything other than group-related things. It's not like YG is going to suddenly start selling Lalisa hoodies and Jennie handbags.

It depends. John Cena cannot use the name “John Cena” outside the WWE. WWE owns the name so if Cena wants to do something outside of wrestling, he has to go by his real name. It really depends on the contract you signed so there’s no it must be this or that since it’s a case by case sort of thing. So Lisa may not have the rights to use her stage name or she could. There's no good reason for her to leave YGE for solo activities while simultaneously still giving YGE total control over her name. The registration by YG doesn't give YG ownership of the names. The control has to be pursuant to specific contract terms of limited duration. Lisa's original contract with YG is no longer in effect. In John Cena's case, WWE did not "own" his name. They can't and couldn't prevent him from using his own name. They just had a contractual right to a percentage of profits (including from non WWE activities such as movies) while he was still under contract with WWE and they were promoting him as "John Cena". The rationale under the WWE contract is that they were investing a lot in building up the brand value of the name, so they deserved a percentage of the profits...during the contract period. Same thing applied to all of the BP members during their original contract period. YG was getting percentages.

I'm sure that they knew he wasn't a security guy. Judging from the videos, he still wasn't closer than other fans and people who were trying to get close. The real security guys aren't going to shove him or throw him on the ground unless he gets closer to her than the real security guys are. I guess it's possible that the real security guys are incompetent. But I doubt it. They have to balance out being protective against overreacting. As long as the clown was facing away from Lisa and just pretending to be a security guy, I don't think the real guys had any choice but to just keep an eye on him, without physically doing anything to him. Pretty much all the members have the same risk levels when they go to these public shows when the public is not kept away at a big distance.
