A Project Manager Meeting is a meeting for the benefit of the Project Manager (rather than for the team). It tends to be an opportunity for the PM to talk, brief, instruct - I use it in contrast to a Team Meeting because, if you empower your team, they can meet without the PM and get stuff done. And, when the PM is there, the PM role is to serve the team, not to dominate the meeting.
Have you made a video that speaks to steering committee meetings, particularly those that track multiple projects?
Not yet. But, what a great idea. I have just added it to my backlog.
People always said that to me. Almost every time
I'm sorry to hear it!
Very good advice here!
Glad you think so!
Thank you
You're welcome
